Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools, data warehouses, and Agile delivery practices.
Experienced in working cross-functionally with claims, operations, data, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Deep domain knowledge of P&C claims lifecycle and insurance claims data analysis.
Proficient in handling complex datasets and skilled in reporting and dashboard development for operational use.
