Own deal desk support for larger and strategic deals within assigned region, collaborating closely with Account Executives (AEs).
Proactively drive deal strategy discussions ahead of key milestones and manage deal structuring, documentation, and internal approvals including coordination with Legal.
Support deal velocity and contribute to team targets on deal cycle time, approval turnaround, accuracy, and sales satisfaction, including availability during peak close periods.
8-10 years of relevant experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar deal-support roles.
Experience supporting AEs on deals of varying complexity, including exposure to enterprise or larger accounts.
Working knowledge of contract structuring, order forms, and commercial/pricing terms.
Ability to coordinate with Legal on redlines and escalate non-standard terms appropriately.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent deals and deadlines, especially during quarter/month-end close periods.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong documentation and approval management skills.
Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills, capable of engaging in customer calls to clarify deal terms.
