Create and maintain diagnostic content for automotive aftermarket diagnostic tester software covering multiple vehicle systems.
Analyze vehicle communication bus logs, simulate automotive systems, and design test workflows using IDE tools.
Perform on-vehicle validation, benchmarking, and coverage evaluation of diagnostic testers; provide detailed test reports and collaborate with global software engineering teams.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in aftersales vehicle service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships/workshops.
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive diagnostic content development.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to independently handle multiple diagnostic testers (e.g., VIDA, Xentry, GDS).
Knowledge of Bosch Aftermarket Diagnostic Tool - ESI [tronic], CAN protocols (CAN FD, DoIP, UDS, J1939), and analyzer/simulation tools (Vector or Samtec).
Experienced with end-to-end diagnostic content creation for diverse automotive systems including engine management, hybrid, ADAS, transmission, HVAC, and airbags.
Able to interpret OE system descriptions, service manuals, and wiring diagrams to derive actionable diagnostic insights.
Comfortable conducting hands-on vehicle testing and collaborating closely with global technical teams and software engineers.
