Perform routine clerical and operations support tasks including receiving, logging, batching, distributing work, filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
Investigate and analyze routine payment inquiries involving SWIFT, CHIPS, FedWire, including error identification, message correction, and fund transfers.
Work under close supervision following established procedures, escalating complex issues to senior team members as per guidelines.
At least 6 months of operations support experience or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education.
Experience or demonstrated knowledge of payment operations involving SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, PEGA, and Swift ISO 20022 is required.
Ability to work shifts including night shifts and public holidays if necessary.
Bachelor's degree preferable, preferably in business; fresh graduates or 0–2 years experience in banking operations acceptable.
Familiarity with banking payment operations such as settlements, trade & securities, custody.
Comfortable handling high volume tasks with short SLA, capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with risk management mindset and understanding of compliance (AML/OFAC).
