Manage and lead a team of software test engineers responsible for functional testing of embedded automotive powertrain, inverter, and power-electronics software.
Drive competency development, program execution, and delivery of projects ensuring compliance with ASPICE and internal/external customer requirements.

Proven leadership in enhancing software test competencies through innovation, quality improvements, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced in leveraging AI and automation frameworks for test efficiency and delivery excellence.
Strong collaborator with system engineering and global stakeholder teams experienced in Agile environments, coaching and mentoring teams towards meeting program goals.
