Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of AML Screening team ensuring workload balance, productivity, and SLA targets are met.
Perform and supervise end-to-end AML, Sanctions, PEP, and Negative News Screening including detailed investigations and risk assessments for ongoing regulatory compliance.
Lead quality assurance, reporting, root cause analysis, process improvements, and provide technical support for the Global AML Ongoing Screening team.
