Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI stack, focusing on SSRS, Snowflake, and advanced SQL.
Build scalable data models and optimize data accuracy, performance, and scalability of BI solutions in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables and contribute to full BI solution lifecycle including data sourcing, modeling, visualization, and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5+ years of experience in BI or data development roles.
Strong expertise in SQL (advanced querying, performance tuning) and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms, data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Microsoft BI tools and cloud-based data platforms, particularly Snowflake, enabling effective data management and reporting.
Proven ability to design and optimize complex SQL queries and data models for large datasets with focus on performance and scalability.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
