Lead and develop a team of accountants to ensure accurate, timely period close activities and compliance with internal controls and SOX.
Own review of balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and audit query responses to maintain US GAAP compliance, including ASC 606, lease accounting, and warranty provisions.
Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in accounting processes, systems, and controls, supporting integration of AI in Finance if applicable.
8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Mandatory knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606, lease accounting, and warranty provisions.
Experience managing and leading a team of accountants.
CPA or Qualified Chartered Accountant preferred; Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting acceptable.
Demonstrates deep technical accounting expertise with strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and financial statement detail.
Experienced in leading accounting teams in fast-paced environments with process improvement and transformation focus.
Familiarity with tools like SAP Fiori, FloQast, Lease Query, and Workiva a plus; knowledge or experience in AI application in Finance is an added advantage.
