Install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize application systems and databases for software development and QA environments.
Serve as client point of contact for application/database performance issues and provide premium client services including tracking and resolving ongoing issues with weekly/monthly readouts.
Monitor and evaluate application performance using AppDynamics and other APM tools, driving issue identification, remediation, and operational workflow establishment within a 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts.
1+ years experience supporting and monitoring Application Performance Management tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, or NewRelic.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
Experience with Windows server infrastructure, .Net application support, IIS, SQL (intermediate to professional level), and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills; experience supporting international clients (US or Europe) preferred.
Experienced in handling complex application and database performance issues with demonstrated ability to drive issues through to resolution.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts, engaging regularly in technical and leadership communication forums.
Proficient in application performance management tools and infrastructure monitoring, with knowledge of ITIL framework being a plus.
