Provide L2 production support for critical liquidity reporting and financial applications throughout the trading lifecycle.
Monitor and resolve production incidents involving trade capture, batch jobs, data pipelines, and financial reporting systems using Unix/Linux, SQL, and Big Data tools.
Lead root cause analysis, coordinate change management processes, and improve operational documentation to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.
Minimum 6 years of application or production support experience, with at least 2 years in financial services.
Proficient with Unix/Linux scripting, advanced SQL (MSSQL or Oracle), stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS.

Experienced in supporting mission-critical financial trading systems covering Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Liquidity Management.
Able to analyze complex, time-sensitive technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Practiced in ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams for production stability.
