Manage and conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) calling activities to ensure timely patient or payer follow-up and support denial management within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
Analyze AR calling and denial trends to identify recurring issues, coordinate with internal partners to resolve escalations, and maintain audit-ready documentation by updating work queues and operational systems.
Report activity metrics regularly, support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, and use AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity while retaining operational decision responsibility.
2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or related claims/AR workflows.
Practical experience with AR calling and denial management including reviewing denial details and progressing cases.
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and working knowledge of RCM concepts and operational workflows.
Willingness to work Hybrid in Chennai, India. Travel: Not required.
Experienced in handling day-to-day AR follow-up and denial workflows in a healthcare or similar operational environment with focus on accuracy and compliance.
Able to work effectively against SOPs and quality standards under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining detailed, audit-ready records.
Comfortable using operational systems and collaborating with internal teams to resolve denial cases and improve workflow processes using data-driven insights and AI tools.
