Own end-to-end execution of Purchase Order Management processes including purchase requests, invoice reconciliation, payment triggering, and PO closure globally within TDI.
Manage metrics, reporting and process improvements for ordering operations ensuring SLA adherence and operational controls.
Coordinate with stakeholders across business, COO, finance and compliance to support renewal processes, ad hoc requests, and administrative tasks including meeting management and communication.
8-10 years of experience in purchase order management, invoice operations, or similar roles.
Mandatory skills include Invoice processing, Ariba Buyer (or similar procurement tool), SAP/S4HANA, advanced Excel, and MS Office suite.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills. German language skills are appreciated but not mandatory.
