Location: Mumbai or Gurugram; Work Timings: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm with 7-8 day stretch required monthly to meet critical deadlines.
Experienced professional with strong background in financial reporting, data management, and automation within banking, preferably Retail banking and/or Wealth/Investment Management sectors.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, handle multiple competing priorities in a global environment, and lead strategic initiatives involving change management.
Technical leader with strong analytical skills, risk management mindset, and experience applying AI and automation to drive efficiency and accurate, well-controlled outcomes.
