Operate and maintain critical infrastructure platforms including virtualization, servers, storage, and backup services ensuring security, reliability, and availability.
Support server patching, monitoring, performance optimization, capacity planning, and data-centre operations including lifecycle management.

Work Experience Required: Practical experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V or comparable virtualization platforms plus hands-on experience in Windows Server and basic Linux administration.
Experience with server monitoring, patching, storage (SAN/NAS), backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes; experience with backup platforms like Veeam, Commvault, or Rubrik is advantageous.
Fluent written and spoken English skills; Preferred education from top-tier Indian institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani or comparable institutions.
Experienced infrastructure professional capable of operating and improving virtualized environments and critical server infrastructure.
Detail-oriented with a strong mindset for incident response, recovery procedures, and maintaining rigorous documentation.
Comfortable working remotely within a fast-moving international technology-focused organization.
