Plan and execute comprehensive UAT and manual testing for dialer, contact center, and enterprise application workflows, ensuring coverage of positive, negative, boundary, and integration scenarios.
Validate dialer and outbound contact center functionality including campaigns, dialing strategies, call routing, agent workflows, dispositions, and retry logic.
