Assess and analyze performance of Charles River products as a senior member of Performance Engineering scrum team.
Create and maintain performance test frameworks, plans, and execute automated performance tests aligned with non-functional requirements.
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations, support internal teams and customers, and manage test environments and documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical/business MIS field; MS degree strongly preferred.
10-12 years of experience in Performance Test Engineering within a process-driven, cloud-based technology environment.
Extensive experience with Performance Testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad) and APM/Observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics).
Proficiency with C#, Java, SQL, Powershell, Bash; experience with Agile methodology highly desired (minimum 5 years).
Experienced in multi-tiered, high-performance database applications with demonstrated critical thinking in bottleneck analysis.
Skilled in translating business requirements into comprehensive non-functional and technical test plans within Agile Scrum teams.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, CICD tools, and financial services domain knowledge is a plus.
