Knowledge of MFA, SSO, identity verification, authentication, access management, and Agile/SDLC methodologies.
Experienced in testing dialer and outbound contact center technologies combined with strong end-to-end integration testing skills across CRM and telephony systems.
Proficient in managing multiple testing workflows including regression, release, and production validation in fast-paced, Agile environments.
Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, Ops) to clarify requirements, manage defects, and ensure high-quality delivery and user experience.
