Own and manage the Reporting & MIS product backlog related to a large-scale Google / Five9 Cloud Migration, including feature prioritization and roadmap definition.

Experienced in managing end-to-end reporting migrations or transformations in large-scale cloud projects, particularly involving Google Cloud or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on aligning business reporting needs with technical data integrations and cloud migration processes.
Experienced in SAFe/Agile environments collaborating cross-functionally with Servicing, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive reporting readiness and continuous improvement.
