Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables) and hands-on experience with major ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experienced with multinational finance operations in a Shared Service Center or similar environment, comfortable working under strict closing deadlines and supporting global teams.
Technically strong in accounting principles with ability to handle detailed reconciliations, audit requests, and financial reporting.
Analytical and process-oriented professional able to identify and implement efficiency improvements and system enhancements.
