Manage end-to-end trade settlement lifecycle including monitoring, investigation, and resolution of unmatched and failed trades across multiple asset classes.
Perform trade confirmation and matching processes using electronic platforms, driving reduction in manual interventions and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Maintain and validate static data such as standing settlement instructions, security master, and counterparty records while supporting data governance and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience with exposure to trade settlements, trade confirmation, static data management, custody or middle office operations.
Strong product knowledge across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, and Derivatives.
Experience with SWIFT Messaging (MT54x, MT599, MT3xx) and familiarity with trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
Experienced in managing settlement risk and reconciliation exceptions across global securities markets and multiple asset classes.
Comfortable working with trade lifecycle management systems such as CTM, TradeSuite, ALERT, and SWIFT applications.
Proven ability to handle complex data governance, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder communication including brokers, custodians, and clients.
