Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Control-M support and administration.
Experienced in root cause analysis and incident management within large-scale batch scheduling operations supporting global clients.
Able to work in on-call rotation or shifts with effective communication and coordination across teams worldwide.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and exposure to project/defect/test management tools like JIRA or ALM, with a proactive approach to process and automation improvements.
