Lead deployment, configuration, and production support of data centre network and security infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and compliance.
Prepare Low Level Designs (LLDs) from High Level Designs (HLDs), execute build activities, and manage testing, go-live, and risk mitigation for network security projects.
Act as Level 3 escalation for incidents, conduct root cause analysis, implement fixes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and operations.
Minimum 10+ years experience in network engineering with hands-on expertise in data centre networking and security.
Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Nexus/ACI, BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, Palo Alto and Check Point firewalls, VPN (F5), NAC (Cisco ISE/ClearPass).
Proven ability to prepare LLDs based on HLDs, execute deployments, and manage complex incident resolution.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with change governance; Location requirement: Bangalore.
Experienced lead engineer comfortable working end-to-end from design (LLD) through deployment to production ownership ("You deploy, you run" model).
Strong communicator able to coordinate across Architecture, Security, Business Units, PMO, and vendors, managing technical risks and reporting progress.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex network and security issues in data centres, with expertise in security technologies and compliance standards, and automation knowledge (Ansible, Python) as a plus.
