Own the preparation, maintenance, and execution of manual and automated test cases covering end-to-end business scenarios to assure software quality.
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, guiding test coverage, process compliance, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with delivery teams to drive automation adoption, manage test environments and data, and ensure traceability from requirements to tests.
7+ years of related experience in software testing and automation.
Hands-on experience with API/XML Testing, Selenium with Java, and SQL query writing.
Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Microfocus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Experienced in both front-end and back-end testing with strong scripting and automation skills.
Ability to work independently across onsite/offshore teams and liaise effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferably has domain experience in Financial services with deep understanding of software testing methodologies and risk controls.
