Niche senior SAFe embedded-telecom role with high experience requirement reduces applicant density.
Highly domain-specific embedded telecom, GSMA/3GPP, and RTE experience limits cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 15–20 years, SAFe/RTE certifications, and embedded telecom program experience create very strict filters.
