Own end-to-end architecture and technical design of production-ready AI and GenAI solutions covering classical ML, LLM applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
Design and implement production readiness features including MLOps/LLMOps for model serving, versioning, deployment, observability, drift detection, and cost optimizations.
Serve as senior technical authority through delivery by guiding engineering teams, resolving technical escalations, and supporting client engagements with proposals and workshops.
10–15 years of software/ML engineering and architecture experience with proven ownership of AI solutions in production.
Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI architecture including LLMs, RAG, agentic patterns, orchestration tools such as Langchain, Haystack, and Llama Index.
Practical experience in MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation design, model serving, observability, inference cost optimization, and Responsible AI/security/compliance design.
Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD) or equivalent qualification.
Deep expertise in AI architecture with ability to make build vs. buy, model selection, and orchestration design decisions for scalable and secure AI systems.
Experience collaborating with data solution architects to integrate AI needs with data platform design and embedding strategies.
Proven ability to lead technical workshops and communicate complex technical concepts and trade-offs effectively to diverse technical stakeholders.
