Provide L2 support and ensure high availability for liquidity reporting and financial applications throughout the trading lifecycle.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents including trade capture and batch processing failures using Unix-based tools and SQL.
Lead root cause analysis and coordinate change management activities to enhance system stability and prevent incident recurrence.
6+ years experience in application or production support, with minimum 2 years in advanced financial services environment.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting and advanced SQL (MSSQL or Oracle) including stored procedures, SSIS, and SSRS.
Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark and job scheduling tools like Autosys.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and trade lifecycle operations across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
Experience working with complex front office and back office workflows and supporting financial reporting systems.
Able to systematically analyze complex production issues and communicate clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
