Analyse and optimise finance functions by reviewing operating models and designing enhancements to processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Lead finance transformation initiatives including workshops with stakeholders to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data, and controls.
Manage project workstreams including timelines, resources, team leadership, business development support, and project economics management.
7-10 years total work experience with at least 4 years relevant to finance transformation.
Mandatory qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA degree.
Strong understanding of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) and digital finance technologies including ERP, financial consolidation tools, data analytics, GenAI, AI, and automation solutions.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and project workstreams with skills in project management, strategic thinking, and consulting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Experienced in at least one full strategy-to-execution finance transformation program.
Capable of independently leading client-facing engagements and interacting with senior stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in problem solving with a strong foundation in consulting and ability to coach and guide project teams.
