Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of data management, engineering, or data analysis experience; at least 4 years managing small to mid-sized teams.
Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery; basic programming fundamentals.
Experience with credit bureau data and Entity Resolution concepts, preferably with hands-on projects or advanced degrees related to Entity Resolution.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with graph databases, AI/ML tools, and data visualization/storytelling for solving large-scale business problems.
