Experienced in multi-technology, production-critical environments with strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills across databases, observability, and automation tools.
Able to lead technical teams to achieve system availability and operational efficiency targets within a structured process control environment.
Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues and implement robust monitoring and automation solutions.
