Install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize application systems and databases for Altera Software Development and QA environments.
Provide premium client support by tracking and resolving application/database performance issues, including acting as client point of contact for these problems.
Monitor application performance using AppDynamics and other APM tools, identify and drive remediation of issues, and prepare technical and operational documentation.
At least 1 year of experience supporting and monitoring Application Performance Management tools like DynaTrace, AppDynamics, or NewRelic.
Experience in Windows server infrastructure and .Net-based application support including IIS, worker processes, server performance metrics, and SQL (intermediate to professional level).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Desk or ServiceNow; knowledge of ITIL framework (V3.0 foundation certificate preferred).
Experienced supporting complex, international clients with ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
Hands-on technical expertise in application and database performance monitoring and troubleshooting in 24x7 operational environments with rotational shifts.
Comfortable participating in technical and leadership calls and collaborating to resolve high-impact issues across stakeholders.
