Manage end-to-end Purchase Order Management including creating purchase requests, invoice reconciliation, payment triggering, and closing purchase orders as per organizational requirements.
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of ordering processes and support Central Ordering team to deliver optimum service levels.
Develop, implement process improvements, handle metrics and reporting for scorecards, SLA adherence, and support renewal processes and coordination activities.
8-10 years of experience in a similar purchase order management, invoice operations, or procurement role.
Strong experience with Invoice processing, Ariba Buyer (or similar procurement tool), SAP and S/4HANA, procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, and advanced Excel skills.
Proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders including Business, COO, Finance, and Compliance teams within global matrix organizations.
Very good verbal and written English skills required; good German appreciated but not mandatory.
Experience working effectively within virtual global teams and matrix organizations across all management levels.
Ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and solve business problems responsibly and ethically.
