Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Proven production support experience for at least 2 consecutive years in Oracle Cloud applications.
Strong techno-functional expertise bridging Oracle Fusion Procurement and legacy Oracle EBS systems, comfortable with functional configurations and technical troubleshooting.
Experience leading or mentoring teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex ERP environments.
Familiarity with cloud integration technologies (FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) and ability to handle concurrent tasks across multiple Fusion instances in high-pressure scenarios.
