Support the Strategic Consulting team by conducting market research, data analysis, site visits, and preparing reports and presentations for client deliverables across Regional and Pan India businesses.
Coordinate with multiple internal teams and business verticals to streamline project execution, ensure timely submission of deliverables, and strengthen client relationships and revenues.
Collaborate with JLL management and Business Development teams to improve internal processes, support proposals, and disseminate market intelligence for strategic advantage.
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate or relevant education in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Accounting & Finance preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in strategic consulting or related real estate advisory services.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is mandatory; familiarity with AutoCAD, mapping tools, Photoshop, financial modeling, and forecasting is a plus.
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana.
Experienced in handling multi-regional consulting projects within a matrix organizational structure and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market data, create detailed databases, and deliver client-centric solutions with measurable impact.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where client service delivery, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
