Serve as the supply chain data and analytics resource, collaborating with manufacturing stakeholders to translate supply chain business requirements into data models and analytical solutions.
Develop, maintain, and validate data pipelines, dashboards, and scorecards primarily using Databricks, Python, SQL, and Power BI following medallion architecture standards for reliable supply chain analytics.
Implement workflow automations and support AI enablement to optimize recurring data processes, while operating within hybrid agile/project management frameworks to meet delivery timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or business intelligence within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
2+ years hands-on experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms plus proficiency in Python and SQL for ETL/ELT pipeline development.
Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI or equivalent; exposure to supply chain processes like S&OP, MRP, demand/capacity planning is mandatory.
Experienced in manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments with strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, and inventory management processes supporting analytics.
Skilled at designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and curated semantic layers using cloud platforms and medallion architecture.
Comfortable operating in hybrid agile/traditional delivery settings with the ability to translate technical data insights into operational business contexts for global cross-functional teams.
