Manage month-end close and actuals reporting processes related to AUM Revenue Management Reporting (ARMR) and revenue analytics.
Execute firm and business level revenue forecasting, variance analysis supporting CFO reporting, and assist in firm level revenue reporting and analysis.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for client business and investment segment management reporting, support AUM/revenue enhancement projects, and drive process standardization and automation.
MBA or CA degree required.
2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment management or financial industry but not mandatory.
Proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of TM1 or similar multi-dimensional analytical tools is a plus but not essential.
Experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, and handling large data sets with analytical and financial acumen.
Experienced in financial planning & analysis within investment management or related financial sectors with familiarity in revenue forecasting and reporting.
Detail-oriented with capability to handle complex data and drive automation/standardization initiatives.
Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders including FP&A, Controllers, and business partners, serving as a reporting and analytics SME.
