Own and maintain the Identity & Access Management (IAM) lifecycle including Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes and access certification.
Document IAM runbooks, playbooks, and operational procedures while managing application onboarding and integration to the SailPoint platform.
Automate operational workflows, tune rules, manage role and entitlement configuration, and ensure compliance with security policies and audit standards.
Minimum 4+ years experience in Identity & Access Management, specifically in SailPoint application onboarding and lifecycle management.
Strong scripting skills, including Bean Shell scripting, and experience in API-based integrations and workflow customization.
Experience with IAM concepts like RBAC, ABAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification.
