Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) modules to solve complex business challenges in aerospace manufacturing.
Manage end-to-end SAP CO/PS projects, enhancements, and production support, including financial month-end/year-end closing activities and FI/CO cutover processes.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, technical teams, and business to deliver integrated, scalable SAP solutions aligned with aerospace industry standards.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO and PS implementation across multiple projects, including configuration, testing, and support.
Experience delivering at least 1-2 full SAP implementation lifecycles, preferably in customer-facing roles with stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, IT, Finance, or related discipline, with minimum 6 years relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 3 years).
Work Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid role); Background check mandatory for external hires in India.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP CO modules (CCA, CEA, PCA, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger) and SAP PS for manufacturing and service projects.
Experience working in complex industrial or aerospace environments with global teams, integrating SAP modules (FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-PP).
Capability to lead large SAP projects, consult with multiple stakeholders, coordinate with ABAP/development teams, and support business transformation initiatives in regulated settings.
