Own global standards, governance, and accountability for engineering and commercial item master data within ERP, PLM, and CAD systems.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of item master data to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and digital continuity across multiple international regions.
Lead review and approval of item creation/change requests and provide functional leadership for CAD/PLM environments to support global system rollouts and manufacturing operations.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
10+ years of hands-on experience with product data management, mechanical components, and industrial design principles.
Expertise in PLM, PDM, ERP, CRM systems and item lifecycle/BOM metadata alignment.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing processes.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-system engineering environments within engineering-centric industries (e.g., Energy, Pulp & Paper, Valves, Industrial Machinery).
Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and mentor engineering data teams and act as an escalation point for complex data quality issues.
Capable of working cross-functionally and globally, with knowledge of customs codes, classification frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
