Lead and deliver strategic projects and research across Shell's Downstream & Renewables businesses to support senior leadership decision-making aligned with company strategy.
Conduct in-depth market, industry, and country analyses to generate timely, accurate insights that inform strategic and commercial choices.
Contribute to 2-3 strategic platform initiatives to enhance engagement within the DR Strategy Consultancy team and strengthen the SXDR community.
6 to 10 years experience in strategy, consulting, business development, sales/marketing, finance, project delivery, or related fields within the Downstream & Renewables sector.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in at least one sector among Mobility & Convenience, Lubricants, Refining, Trading & Supply, Chemicals, Low Carbon Solutions, or Renewable Power.
Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, business case development, and understanding of energy markets and emerging technologies.
Experienced in managing end-to-end delivery of complex strategy projects with strong stakeholder engagement across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights from complex data to influence strategic decisions in energy or downstream businesses.
Preference for candidates with expertise in Industrial and Functional/Process AI transformational programs within the Downstream & Renewables value chain.
