Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations including custom reports and calculated fields across modules like HCM, TA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
Partner with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integrations and reports.
Participate in Workday implementation projects including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring data integrity and security through configuration of security groups and permissions.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience as a Workday Technical Consultant with Workday integration tools experience (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, Workday web services).
Familiarity with Workday report writing, calculated fields, and custom objects along with proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in Workday technical development and testing.
Experienced in working with multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking).
Skilled in integrating technical solutions with functional/business needs and comfortable handling complex Workday configurations and security settings.
Strong analytical and consulting mindset equipped to handle customer expectations and communicate effectively with both technical and management audiences.
