Own onboarding and maintenance of SIEM environments for Optiv MSS clients within a 24/7 Security Operations Center.
Serve as primary responder for Managed Security customer systems, owning client configuration issues through resolution and providing escalation support and mentoring to junior engineers.
Implement and configure SIEM/MDR products, develop security content and reporting, and perform client knowledge transfers on security and system configurations.
3+ years professional technical experience; with at least 2+ years maintaining SIEM or infrastructure systems in Information Security.
Experience required specifically with LogRhythm SIEM; experience with other SIEM/MDR products (QRadar, Chronicle, Devo, Splunk) preferred.
Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore 3 days per week and provide shift flexibility including days, mids, nights in a 24/7 support environment.
College degree or equivalent training in relevant field; experience working in Security Operations Center or Managed Security Services.
Experienced in large enterprise or government environments with Managed Security Services and client engagement for critical service delivery.
Strong understanding of network architecture and network security products (firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, DLP) and experience with network security analysis.
Proven ability in working with multiple SIEM/MDR products, client consulting, remote support, and using ticketing/knowledge base tools like Jira and Confluence.
