Provide operational, administrative, and consulting support for storage infrastructure and operating systems under contract terms and technical standards.
Manage customer technical/service relationships and resolve customer issues independently via various communication channels, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
Lead incident, escalation, problem, change, and patch management activities including root cause analysis, change implementation, and compliance monitoring.
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Storage & Backup administration support.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on skills with at least 2 backup solutions amongst Zerto, Vault, Veeam, Commvault and knowledge of storage firmware and management.
Must be ready to work 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends.
Strong technical expertise in backup solutions (Zerto, Vault, Veeam, Commvault) with relevant certifications preferred.
Experience with Linux operating systems (RHEL, SUSE, CentOS) administration and vulnerability management, and familiarity with SAN/NAS technologies.
Proven ability to manage technical escalations and collaborate across multiple technology teams in a hybrid IT support environment.
