Lead and supervise IT Quality team(s) with full responsibility for performance, motivation, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives and oversee product rollout into production, including test script and plan design.
Develop and implement organizational-level quality metrics related to cost, effort, and milestones of IT Quality activities; identify and implement process efficiencies.
10+ years of experience in IT Quality roles with commensurate people management experience.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong test automation experience (7+ years) with extensive knowledge of Java, Selenium, Cucumber, SQL, Unix, and CI/CD.
Previous experience in investment banking domain and in Agile and Waterfall SDLC testing processes.
Experienced manager able to oversee multiple teams and take accountability for budgets, performance evaluation, and compliance.
Technical expert with deep automation knowledge, including test frameworks, deployment pipelines, and containerization of test packs.
Demonstrated ability to independently review and improve existing frameworks and testing strategies within complex IT Quality environments.
