Own and develop Power BI dashboards across project profitability, resource utilization and capacity, client finance and pipeline, and FP&A, including design of star-schema models and DAX measures.
Integrate and model data from multiple source systems (CRM, project/time-tracking, finance/ERP, resourcing) into consistent star schemas and build Power Query pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.

5-7 years of experience in data analysis or BI development with significant hands-on Power BI experience.
