Own end-to-end payroll accounting processes under US GAAP for global regions, including payroll accruals, tax filings, and employee benefit accounting.
Lead process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives within payroll accounting to improve efficiency and controls.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/MBA Finance preferred.
6-8 years of progressive R2R experience in major financial institutions with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and payroll accounting (US, Canadian, EMA, and APAC regions).
Experience with SOX/RCSA controls and strong internal control environment management.
Proficient with advanced Excel; experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, and payroll/tax systems.
Experienced leader in payroll accounting and R2R process re-engineering with multi-geography exposure (NA, EMEA, APAC).
Strong track record of ownership and delivering high quality, timely accounting results under pressure and fast-paced environments.
Capable of independent decision making with senior-level communication skills and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
