Create and maintain performance test frameworks, comprehensive performance test plans, and execute automated performance tests based on non-functional requirements.

10-12 years of experience in Performance Test Engineering in a process-driven technology environment on Cloud-based infrastructure.

Extensive experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad), APM/Observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics), bottleneck analysis, and scripting languages such as C#, Java, SQL, Powershell, and Bash.
Experience working with Agile development methodology; supervisory responsibility as individual contributor.
Experienced in performance testing of web, native/desktop applications, APIs, and batch applications with ability to translate business requirements into non-functional and technical test plans.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices (Python, CICD tools like Jenkins), and profiling tools is advantageous.
Prior experience in financial services domain and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams.
