Own end-to-end disaster recovery lifecycle including planning, testing, incident coordination, and post-incident improvement.
Develop and maintain DR strategies, policies, plans, and runbooks ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and compliance requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors during DR activations and lead regular DR tests and exercises to validate recovery capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, IT operations, or infrastructure, including at least 2 years in coordination or management roles.
Working knowledge of recovery metrics (RTO, RPO, BIA), IT infrastructure components, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experienced in leading DR plans and exercises with demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams under pressure.
Familiar with regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management as it relates to disaster recovery.
Skilled at stakeholder management including interfacing with IT infrastructure, business units, vendors, and senior management for DR program governance.
