Operate and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions including IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2B Integrator, Connect:Direct, and related components in a 24x7 mission-critical environment.
Troubleshoot and analyze B2Bi business processes and transmission workflows to resolve incidents and implement temporary or permanent fixes.
Collaborate with L3 teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, managing multiple incidents and performing root cause analysis.
2-4 years of experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
Hands-on operational experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG), Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), IBM Connect:Direct, Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP), Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS), Sterling Control Center, and AXWAY MFT.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems, and understanding of file transfer security (certificates, encryption, authentication, ciphers).
Experienced working in 24x7 mission-critical support environments with ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
Skilled at analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and collaborating effectively with L3 support and external stakeholders.
Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational stability.
