Strong programming and debugging skills in C/C++, Python; familiarity with Bash, Go, or Rust; experience developing Linux user-space services.
Deep expertise in OpenBMC and Ethernet switch management design and implementation, especially integrating host and ToR switch management planes.
Experience contributing to or leveraging open-source projects such as OpenBMC, Linux networking, SONiC, SAI, or related platform-management ecosystems.
Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable reusable switch management solutions supporting multiple hardware backends and ensuring secure, reliable platform operation.
