Experience with BMC firmware, server management stacks, or datacenter infrastructure software in enterprise or cloud environments.
Proven ability to define, track, and communicate quality metrics using dashboards to enable data-driven engineering decisions.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and process improvement implementations in dynamic engineering settings.
